  • Dr. Jess Bluth, D.C.


    Dr. Jess Bluth, D.C. is the owner/operator of Back On Track Chiropractic in South Jordan, Utah. He attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.S. in Human Development with a focus in medical sciences. During this time, Dr. Bluth worked as a paid intern at the Salt Lake City VA medical center in the vascular research lab where he was a part of multiple studies on human vascular physiology. He also worked as a personal trainer, a CNA for the Salt Lake City School District and performed over 3000 plasmapheresis procedures as a certified phlebotomist.

    Dr. Bluth graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, San Jose, California. During his studies he was a member of the sports council club where he treated many athletes on and off the field. He is licensed in chiropractic care and acupuncture and certified in extremity adjustments, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedures and injections, homeopathic injections, dry needling, kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and myofascial cupping.

    Dr. Bluth’s passion is helping others through functional health practices and holistic healing, specializing in sports medicine and auto injuries. He understands the benefits of a comprehensive approach to health, including diet and exercise, mental health habits and maintaining proper joint hygiene. He encourages his patients to be proactive about their health with targeted stretching & strengthening, diet and supplementation, rehabilitation exercises and joint sparing techniques.

    Dr. Bluth enjoys spending time with his son, Kleo, actively exploring the great outdoors, hiking, backpacking, traveling, experiencing other cultures, learning new sports and developing new skills. He has been active in the mixed martial arts (MMA) community for many years and has competed in several amateur fights. He is always up for a good challenge, a tough chess match, or a spontaneous adventure!

  • Dr. Kay Krueger, Associate D.C.


    Dr. Kay achieved a Bachelor’s degree of Science with First Class Standing specializing in Kinesiology, at Brock University. Dr. Kay was also chosen by Brock University to study and write a thesis in neuroscience. She then graduated in 2016 from Parker University in Dallas, Texas with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. 

    She is licensed in chiropractic care, acupuncture therapy, and is certified in extremity adjusting,  homeopathic injections, dry needling, kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and myofascial cupping. Dr. Kay loves helping people thrive in their day to day lives. Helping people realize they don't have to live life in pain and helping people accomplish their true potential.  She found her love for chiropractic through the body's ability to heal itself. 

    Dr. Kay grew up in the small town of Wiarton Ontario, Canada. With the love and support of her family, she grew up outdoors “oot and aboot” hiking in the summertime and enjoying the snow in the winter. Growing up, the sport that became an important part of her life was hockey. She went from playing A-league hockey, to being the captain of her highschool team, to still enjoying the sport playing in the local women's hockey league of SLC, The Balck Diamonds. 

    She and her loving husband of five years enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, watching hockey and football, and having fun with their goldendoodle, Bear.
